LGC Charity Day 2025

This coming Saturday (19th July) LGC will be hosting our annual charity day!
LGS will be open 9am until midnight.
Entrance Fees (£4) will all go to the chosen charity Ni Chest Heart and Stroke.
We will also be holding a raffle with all money from it going to the charity.
We will also have the famous £1 rerolls back! Again, going to the charity!

What will be on that day?
Anyone can come down and play whatever but at the moment seems many fun and wacky board games are being planned:
-Lord of the rings risk (big game still with spaces)
-Battlestar Galactia board game (still got spaces)
-Large Zombicide (still with spaces)
– Ive also heard rumours of a possible Blood on the clocktower!

Other than that there will be the usual other games the likes of warhammer, frostgrave and many of the other usuals. Games will be changing throughout the days as others come on down.
Feel free to bring your own games and ask if anyone is interested.

Whats this £1 reroll all about?
We do it every year as it makes many of the games fun. If you play a game with a dice roll and your happy with taking part, you or anyone else (playing or even not playing) can spend £1 to make a roll of a dice be rerolled. So for example you needed to roll a particular number to do something great and you do! well someone else can laugh as they spend the £1 to see the look of joy fall from your face as you need to try again (spite is a funny thing). Or need to get something on the dice and didn’t, you can try again and it all goes to charity!

Theres a raffle?
Yes every year we sell raffle tickets with all money for it going to the charity, we will have some nice prizes but as even we would greatly appreciate any donations from anyone for this! if you want to donate please get in touch ASAP.

Do i need to say what game im bringing?
I mean if you want guarantee yourself a table then booking ones is usually a good idea https://lisburn-gaming.co.uk/book-a-table/
This does help us plan things. However with this being a weird and wacky day its not necessary.

Im new to all this is that a problem?
Not at all! all games planned so far, are easy for beginners and everyone will welcome others to join, we are a friendly bunch!
